- Transport: Early departure — 1–1½ hours by car/transfer from Recife.
- Morning: Raft trip to the natural pools (low tide): snorkelling and photos.

- Morning: Muro Alto — a large natural pool protected by reefs, ideal for families and stand-up paddleboarding.
- Afternoon: Lunch at a local beach bar and a visit to Cupe Beach; option to take a buggy to explore the coast.
- Tip: Combine the schedules for Day 2 and Day 3 if you’re staying overnight in Porto de Galinhas to make the most of your tours depending on the tides and weather.

Day 4 — Carneiros Beach (Tamandaré)
- Transport: 1h30–2h by car from Recife/Porto de Galinhas.
- Morning: Boat/gamboa trip to the natural pools and mangroves; photo at the little church of São Benedito.

- Tip: Avoid busy weekends; book a tour with a local guide.

Day 5 — Calhetas Beach (Cabo de Santo Agostinho) + return
- Morning: Calhetas — a cove with cliffs, good for photos and snorkelling.
- Afternoon: Quick stop in Gaibu if there is time; return to Recife for departure.
- Tip: Allow plenty of time for the journey to the airport/bus station.

Practical tips
- Recommended base: 2–3 nights in Porto de Galinhas/Recife and 1–2 nights in Tamandaré for a more relaxed pace.
- Transport: Hire a car for flexibility; regular transfers available.
- Tides: Check the tide table for Porto de Galinhas and Carneiros (natural pools are best at low tide).
- Health/safety: Stay hydrated, use sun cream, keep an eye on your belongings on crowded beaches.
- Essentials: Swimwear, flip-flops, simple snorkel, waterproof phone case.
