Day 1: Natural pools and urban waterfront
- Morning: Pajuçara Natural Pools. The raft trip starts from Pajuçara Beach and takes you about 2 km to the natural pools. The trip takes about 2 hours.
- Afternoon: Walk along the coast. The coasts of Pajuçara, Ponta Verde and Jatiúca are connected. The distance from one end to the other is about 4 km, ideal for walking or cycling.
- Evening: Gastronomy and crafts. The Pajuçara craft market is located at the beginning of the waterfront, a short walk from Ponta Verde. The restaurants in Jatiúca are also within walking distance, generally less than 2 km.

Day 2: North coast and adventure
- Morning: North Coast. The day trip to Praia do Francês is about 25 km away, with a driving time of 30 to 45 minutes. Praia de Ipioca, with the Hibiscus Beach Club, is about 23 km away, with a similar driving time.
- Afternoon: Pontal da Barra. On your way back from the tour, stop at the Pontal da Barra neighbourhood. The distance from the centre of Maceió (Ponta Verde) to Pontal da Barra is about 8 km, which takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Evening: Jatiúca waterfront. Dinner can be enjoyed at one of the restaurants by the sea in Jatiúca or Ponta Verde. The two neighbourhoods are next to each other.

Day 3: South coast and viewpoint
- Morning: Gunga Beach and Mirante. Be prepared for a longer journey. Gunga Beach is about 38 km from the Maceió coast, a drive of about 50 to 60 minutes.
- Afternoon: Market and city centre. Back in Maceió, the craft market is about 5 km from Ponta Verde. The historic centre, where the Praça dos Martírios and the Metropolitan Cathedral are located, is about 6 km away. Travel time to both is 10 to 20 minutes.
- Evening: Farewell. To say goodbye to Maceió, we suggest a relaxing dinner on the waterfront in Pajuçara, Ponta Verde or Jatiúca, all within walking distance of each other.
