Fernando de Noronha - Paraíso Brasileiro
The Fernando de Noronha Archipelago is formed by the top of a mountain range of volcanic origin, whose base is at a depth of around 4,000 metres: the Mid-Atlantic Ridge.
There are several ways to get there: daily flights with the airlines GOL, LATAM and Azul, as well as sea transport with the transatlantic liner Blue de France, which only operates during certain seasons, usually from October to February.

When to go?
1. Temperatures
In Fernando de Noronha, the average temperature is 28 degrees on land and 26 degrees at sea.
2. The seasons
The island has two distinct seasons: Summer, from September to January, and Winter, from February to August. During the summer, the climate is dry and the landscape tends to be yellowish. In winter, although it rains more, the landscape is more lush.
3. Seasonal Activities
- Diving: The months of July to September are ideal for divers as the waters are calmer and more transparent.
- Surfing: The best months for surfing are December and January.
- Walking: The months of September and October are recommended for walking, as the island remains green and the rains decrease.
