North Coast of Paraíba
The north coast of Paraíba is full of surprises and natural beauty.
Just 18 kilometres from the capital, João Pessoa, is the port city of Cabedelo, home to the famous Pôr do Sol do Jacaré.
This place is famous for being the stage where the musician Jurandir do Sax set a Guinness Book record by playing Ravel’s Bolero for over 20 years.
Further north is Lucena, famous for its exotic beaches and centuries-old churches.

Ilha da Areia Vermelha, located 1.5 kilometres off the coast, is famous for its natural pools and rich marine life.

Cabo Branco beach is a favourite with locals and tourists alike.
