I have updated the Day 2 and Day 3 sections in the HTML, including an explanation of why I separated the activities (tides, rhythm, logistics). Replace the current ones with these:
Day 2 — Porto de Galinhas (day trip or overnight stay)
- Transport: Early departure — 1–1.5 hours by car/transfer from Recife.
- Morning: Raft trip to the natural pools (low tide): snorkelling and photos.
- Afternoon: Walk through the village, craft shops and central stretch of Porto de Galinhas Beach.
- Evening: If you are staying overnight, enjoy the village; if you are returning to Recife, leave in the late afternoon.
- Tip: Schedule your raft trip according to the tide table; bring change.

Day 3 — Muro Alto Beach + Cupe Beach (Ipojuca)
- Morning: Muro Alto — large natural pool protected by reefs, ideal for families and stand-up paddleboarding.
- Afternoon: Lunch at a local beach bar and visit to Cupe Beach; option of taking a buggy to explore the coast.
- Tip: Combine schedules for Day 2 and Day 3 if you are staying overnight in Porto de Galinhas to optimise tours according to tides and weather.

Day 4 — Carneiros Beach (Tamandaré)
- Transport: 1½–2 hours by car from Recife/Porto de Galinhas.
- Morning: Boat/gamboa trip to the pools and mangroves; photo at the little church of São Benedito.
- Afternoon: Relax under coconut trees; seaside restaurant.
- Tip: Avoid crowded weekends; arrange a tour with a local guide.

Day 5 — Calhetas Beach (Cabo de Santo Agostinho) + return
- Morning: Calhetas — cove with cliffs, good for photos and snorkelling.
- Afternoon: Quick stop in Gaibu if there is time; return to Recife for departure.
- Tip: Allow plenty of time for travelling to the airport/bus station.

Practical suggestions
- Recommended base: 2–3 nights in Porto de Galinhas/Recife and 1–2 nights in Tamandaré for a more relaxed pace.
- Transport: Hired car for flexibility; regular transfers available.
- Tides: Check the tide table for Porto de Galinhas and Carneiros (natural pools are best at low tide).
- Health/safety: Hydration, sunscreen, take care of your belongings on crowded beaches.
- Items: Swimwear, flip-flops, simple snorkel, waterproof mobile phone cover.
